About This Product

■Summary

This product contains three RGB elements in one package. A single chip can emit full color light, enabling free and flexible light production. This product has little variation in emitted light color, is easy to match, and has excellent color mixing properties.

■Full color luminescence (3in1)

Three types of elements (R, G, B) are integrated into one package to achieve full color light emission including white. A variety of colors can be expressed in one package.

■Domestic products developed in-house

Around 2000, we were the first in the industry to develop full-color chip LEDs. We have received wide support from the market. During that time, we leveraged customer feedback and accumulated know-how to develop a new full-color chip LED. Production is carried out by APF Co., Ltd. (Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture), a wholly owned subsidiary. Because we manufacture our products domestically, we are able to accommodate short delivery times.

■Thickness 0.9mm

・Because the distance between the light emitting surface and the light emitting surface can be increased, more uniform light emission is achieved. ・Since it is thinner, it is possible to create a more compact and flexible design. (The thickness of the conventional product ALC-F332 is 1.6 mm.)

■Excellent color mixing properties

Achieves white light emission with excellent color mixing (when all RGB lights are on).

■High durability and reliability

Reliability and durability have been improved by reviewing the packaging and changing the materials.

■Less variation

There is little variation in the emitted light color of each chip LED, making it easy to match colors and easy to use.

■Static electricity measures have been taken

Static electricity resistance 2KV (JEITA ED-4701/300 304)

■Compatible with a wide variety of circuits

Since it uses a 6PIN type, it can be used with a wide variety of circuits.

■Notes

・Regarding pulse forward current: Applies to pulse widths of 1ms or less and duty ratios of 10% or less. - Regarding total power dissipation: Please keep the total loss of each R, G, and B LED within the rating. ・Both absolute maximum ratings and electrical and optical characteristics are Ta=25℃
