About This Product

Equipped with time product measurement function. Voltage time product can be read directly.

Ideal for dynamic optical power meters. Pulse observation of laser processing machine. For observing instantaneous events such as lightning surges and spark plugs. High-speed sampling that enables wide-range measurement. DC to 25MHz, 65,536 steps.

■Select measurement mode from 6 modes・Manual trace: Measured for each manual operation
・Constant trace Measurement at fixed time intervals
・Single trigger: Measure only once starting from the external trigger
・Normal trigger: Measure from the external trigger, repeat this
・Signal trigger: Start measurement with the input signal itself
・Signal trigger (repeat) Measure the input signal itself and repeat this

■Main functions/features・There are four types of numerical measurements: peak value, average value, effective value, and time product value.
・Determines the numerical results for each measurement and displays all measurement results at the same time.
・Measurement results are also output as detailed information to the terminal block on the front panel. This output can be used to build automatic control systems such as power control.
・Measurement results are immediately displayed on the LCD screen (trace width 65,536 samples)
・Actual measurement range (span) can be set to prevent errors caused by measuring unnecessary areas.
・One-shot measurement that captures only the first measured waveform within a time-specified measurement range
・USB communication function (each parameter can be set using general terminal communication software)

■Other functions・Judgment reference values ​​and judgment ranges can be set for each measurement type.
・You can select the bit format of the judgment result output on the front panel.

■Usage example Can be used as a dynamic optical power meter in combination with (photodiode amplifier LTA series) or (high sensitivity O/E converter SPS series)
