About This Product

■Non-dangerous goods. A high-performance water-soluble cleaning and anti-corrosion liquid containing nanocarbon.

NanoClean SC-1000 is a high-performance water-soluble cleaning rust preventive agent containing nanocarbon. It has excellent affinity with water and has the ability to absorb and remove oil and surfactants from workpieces processed with water-soluble cutting oil. This is a completely new water-soluble cleaning and rust preventive agent that does not contain surfactants. A non-flammable, non-hazardous cleaning agent that does not use solvents. Rust prevention ability after cleaning has been proven for approximately 3 weeks for FC250 material and approximately 1 month for SKD11 material. ・Not applicable to the Fire Service Act ・Products not subject to PRTR law ・Not applicable to the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law

■Applications

To prevent corrosion of aluminum materials, use at a dilution rate of 10 to 20 times. To prevent rust on steel, copper, and brass, use at a dilution rate of 10 to 30 times. Regarding washability, it is designed based on 30 times the cleaning performance. If you want to further improve cleaning performance, use 10x to 20x.
