Shion's nanocarbon mist cutting fluid "TAP-1" is a black cutting fluid that uses the lubricating and cooling power of nanocarbon instead of oil and is friendly to people and the environment. Can be used on mist cutting machines that perform semi-dry machining that is sticky with oil. Since it uses no oil, it greatly contributes to preventing stickiness of workpieces during machining and preventing oil mist. Additionally, the sticky and troublesome cleaning process can be simplified.
■Applications
Depending on the processing level, it can be used neat or diluted up to 5 times. Use it just like regular tapping oil. When using with a mist cutting machine, just pour it into the tank. If your machine's tank is made of polycarbonate, please contact us.
