About This Product

■Free from chlorine. Oil-free nanocarbon black press fluid.

Shion's next-generation press liquid "STP-1" is a black press liquid that uses the lubricating power and extreme pressure of nanocarbon instead of oil, and is friendly to people and the environment. Since there is no oil, it greatly contributes to reducing stickiness of workpieces, simplifying cleaning, and reducing welding and painting defects. Also, since it is oil-free, it is carbon neutral and greatly contributes to SDGs.

■Features

・Achieves processing equivalent to chlorine-based press oil. ・Contributes to simplifying the cleaning process after pressing (removes with water) ・Can perform the same processing as 100% oil press oil. ・Since it uses no oil, it eliminates stickiness around the machine. ・It can greatly contribute to reducing welding and painting defects caused by oil. - Frees you from cleaning high viscosity press oil.
