About This Product

■Cutting fluid "Nanocur" realizes metal processing with the power of nanocarbon. Free yourself from the stickiness of oil. It also greatly contributes to decarbonization and SDGs.

The next-generation water-soluble cutting fluid "Nanocur" manufactured by SION is a black water-soluble cutting and grinding fluid that uses the lubricating and cooling power of nanocarbon instead of the stickiness of oil, and is friendly to both people and the environment. Carbon = It is resistant to rot due to the power of charcoal, and can be used for a lifespan 2 to 3 times longer than conventional emulsion type cutting oil, achieving decarbonization. We provide total proposals from product explanation and installation to after-sales follow-up.

・The deodorizing ability of carbon makes it hard to rot, and the long replacement cycle contributes to carbon neutrality. ・Synthetic solution type suitable for high-speed machining ・Since it uses water instead of oil, it is gentle on the human body and the environment. ・Excellent antifoaming properties ・Performance that takes advantage of the characteristics of carbon, the main component ・Metal is less likely to corrode ・JIS standard: JISK2241 A3 type No. 2 equivalent It is designed with ingredients that are less irritating to the skin and does not contain any environmentally hazardous substances specified by the current PRTR law or GHS classification. It also contributes significantly to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

■Applications

Dilute the stock solution 10 to 20 times before use. It has been rated as good or better than soluble type cutting oils for cutting steel, copper, etc. In grinding, it has been reported that the grinding wheel is less likely to become clogged and the number of dressings is reduced.
