■Cutting oil that doesn't smell bad. Emulsion cutting oil containing nanocarbon can be used on a variety of workpieces, from iron to aluminum.
Shion's ``Nanorubuka EMS-40'' is an emulsion type water-soluble cutting oil with high lubrication and long life that contains nanocarbon. Since it does not use reactive extreme pressure agents (chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus), it greatly contributes to environmental improvement. Nanocarbon acts as an extreme pressure agent, exhibiting high lubrication power, and enables machining to the same level as cutting oils containing extreme pressure agents.
Regardless of the processing machine or material, it can be used for high-load, high-precision machining of iron, casting, copper, aluminum, etc., as well as high-hardness materials and difficult-to-cut materials. Also, because it contains nanocarbon, it is resistant to decay and can be used for a long time, contributing to carbon neutrality.
