About This Product

■For places where severe load-bearing capacity and heat resistance are required at the same time. Anti-seize, heat-resistant lubricating grease.

``LAP Grease'' is a special grease that simultaneously provides long-term seizure prevention for bolts and nozzles, etc., and a lubricant that does not drip from pins and sliding parts. It can be used in a variety of places such as high-temperature plastic molds, die-casting molds, steel plants, cement factories, etc. that require lubricity under high temperatures. basic information

■Heat resistance

Multiple lubricating soft metals made into fine powder provide heat resistance up to approximately 800℃, preventing seizure and galling.

■Chemical stability

It can withstand chemical external pressure such as corrosive gas generated inside the mold during plastic molding.

■Metal adhesion

Organic extreme pressure molecules with strong adhesion and penetration ability prevent dripping and peeling from metal surfaces.

■Sustainability

When the lubricated surface is exposed to high temperatures and high loads, the soft metal itself repairs the roughened lubricating grooves and maintains the lubricating effect.

■Economy

Compared to the conventional anti-seize agent, molybdenum difluoride (MOS2) based grease, it has a specific gravity of approximately 1/2, so the same 500g will have about twice the capacity, making it extremely economical.

■Applications

・For lubricating parts that are frequently scratched, such as mold pins and slides that are relatively large and require a load capacity. ・For long-term lubrication of each sliding part of high-temperature thermosetting resin molding molds, super engineering plastic molds, and general-purpose molds. ・For extreme pressure locations that require lubricity that cannot be covered by general-purpose greases such as lithium and urea greases. ・For preventing seizure of injection molding machine nozzle clamping parts and mold clamping parts
