About This Product
■Grease specially developed for plastic molds. White heat-resistant extreme pressure lubricating grease. Also as a substitute for fluorine grease.
・Does not soften or liquefy and does not drip under high temperatures.
・No seizure and solidification for long periods under high loads.
- White-brown color provides long-lasting lubrication without staining plastic molded products.
- Unlike fluorine grease, there is no need to worry about seizing buildup or damage to dimensional accuracy under high loads.
・Heat resistance: Approximately 300℃ (Optimal operating temperature range: -40 to 260℃)
- Withstands chemical external pressure such as corrosive gas generated inside the mold during molding.
■Basic information
- For sliding extreme pressure lubrication points such as guide pins, ejector pins, slides, etc. of plastic molds.
・For long-term lubrication of various sliding parts in high-temperature thermosetting resin molding molds, engineering plastic molds, and general-purpose molds.
