About This Product

■For cleaning molds at high temperatures up to 120℃. Also suitable for cleaning stubborn gas tar during plastic molding.

・Dissolves and cleans mold deposits that occur during continuous molding. -Effective for cleaning stains from POM, flame-retardant ABS, PP, PE, and stains from PC molding with high mold temperatures. ・Can be used at high mold temperatures up to 120℃ (optimal temperature: room temperature to 80℃) ・Unlike conventional gas film removers, it can wash away dirt and dry, so it can be used as a cleaning agent for high-temperature molds.

■How to use

- For stubborn stains, spray directly onto the mold surface, leave for 2 to 3 minutes, and then remove with a cloth, air, or a scraper. ・For soft dirt, spray directly onto the mold and wash away the dirt. ・Unlike regular gas film removers, which are difficult to volatilize, this product dries after dissolving the gas film and cleaning, so you can use it just like a degreasing agent. ・For stubborn gas films that cannot be removed with this product, please use "Mold Bright".
