About This Product

■A new generation of fluorine anti-mold release agent that can be applied in-house. For reducing defects from large-scale plastic molding to precision molding.

"Fluorosurf FG-5093 series" is a reactive mold release agent made by Fluorotechnology that can be used with nano- and submicron-level molds. It can also be used for molded products where silicone cannot be used and molding that requires secondary processing. It can be used not only for releasing complex designs of plastic molded products, reducing defects due to weld lines, and releasing molds, but also for various parts, and is expected to increase production efficiency. It can be easily applied by brushing or spraying, and is formed at room temperature, so there is no need for outsourcing such as Teflon processing. In addition, if the performance deteriorates, it can be restored by simply reapplying it.
