About This Product

■Visualize in-line whether liquids are being mixed correctly in real time.

This is a non-contact liquid/liquid quality control device (sensor) that uses sound waves developed by Aeropure.

■Management of solution mixing process

Controls whether paints, adhesives, solutions, etc. are mixed correctly.

■It is possible to monitor moisture uptake of organic solvents.

For example, you can visualize in real time how much moisture IPA or brominated solvents have taken in from the outside air or workpiece. This allows for accurate fluid replacement timing.

■Can also identify air bubbles

Microbubbles above a certain level can be identified. Expectations are wide ranging from food to medicine.

■Confirmation using demo machine is also possible.
