About This Product

■For waterproofing and insulating electronic components, and moisture-proofing and waterproofing coatings for mounting boards. Moisture-proofing performance is 4 times higher than that of urethane or acrylic. Also for weight reduction.

Fluorotechnology's fluorine coating agent "Fluorosurf FG-3650 series" is ideal for waterproofing and insulation protection of electronic components, as well as moisture-proof and waterproof coating for mounting boards. The thin film exhibits protective functions such as moisture resistance, salt water resistance, water resistance, lithium battery electrolyte resistance, and water and oil repellency.

■Basic information

・4 times more moisture-proof than urethane or acrylic moisture-proof coats. - Thin film reduces weight increase and contributes to weight reduction. ・Strong protection against acid gas, salt water, corrosive liquids, etc. ・It is safe to use as it is non-flammable and has low odor. - Dry at room temperature, drying time is 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating required.

■Applications

・It has 4 times the moisture-proof performance compared to urethane or acrylic moisture-proof coating agents, and provides moisture-proof protection with a thin film. It is suitable for lightweight devices such as mobile devices because the weight increase due to coating film is suppressed. - Also resistant to lithium battery electrolytes. It can protect the board in the event of electrolyte leakage and prevent fire accidents. - Demonstrates strong protection against acid gas, salt water, corrosive liquids, etc., and also exhibits rust prevention effects. ・Since it does not contain low-molecular compounds like silicone, it will not cause poor contact with electrical contacts after installation. - Dry at room temperature, drying time is 5 seconds to 30 minutes. No heating required. ・Nonflammable solvent type is non-flammable and has low toxicity. It is not regulated by the PRTR Law or the Fire Service Law. -Low viscosity and easy handling. Your workplace won't get dirty either. ・Pot life is semi-permanent. No waste occurs. ・Repair is possible after coating.
