About This Product

■Fluorine mold release agent exclusively for urethane foam molding. Easy to apply with a brush or spray gun, dry at room temperature for 10 minutes, and can be used continuously.

"Fluorosurf FG-5097" is a mold release agent developed specifically for urethane foam molding. This is a mold release agent that does not cause roughness on the surface of molded products or poor foaming that tends to occur with general fluorine-based mold release agents. A single application provides non-stick properties to the mold surface. The adhesion force of the molding resin to the mold is reduced, and it exhibits outstanding continuous mold release even for complex and precise shapes. Please try this if you are unable to release the mold using conventional mold release agents.

■Features

・Reacts to the mold (metal) and adheres strongly, allowing continuous mold release. -Easy to apply with brush or spray gun, dry at room temperature for 10 minutes. You can easily construct it yourself. - Easy to reapply. ・Does not apply to the Fire Service Act, Labor Safety Act, PRTR Act, or organic regulations.
