About This Product

■Coating agent that anyone can easily apply. For various purposes such as waterproofing, moisture proofing, water and oil repellency, and fingerprint prevention.

Fluorotechnology's "Fluorosurf" has a fluororesin film formed on its surface that exhibits water and oil repellency and strongly repels water and oil. It exhibits various effects such as barrier against oils and fats (prevents creeping), diffusion prevention, adhesion prevention, and stain resistance. It can be easily coated with a brush or by dipping, and dries in about 5 seconds to 15 minutes at room temperature. After drying, a fluororesin film is formed, which has various effects such as water repellency, oil repellency, waterproofing, and moisture proofing.

・Easy to coat with brush, dipping, spray gun, etc. ・Dries in about 5 seconds to 15 minutes at room temperature ・Non-flammable models use non-flammable fluorine liquid ・Safe with low toxicity and low odor - Clears regulations such as the Fire Service Act and the Labor Safety Act as it does not fall under the category of organic solvents.

・Coating to protect mounting board from secondary battery electrolyte (fire prevention) ・Moisture-proof and waterproof protective coating for mounting boards (alternative to urethane and silicone) ・Prevents fingerprints from adhering to displays, glass surfaces, touch panels, etc. ・Protective coating from corrosive gases ・LED sulfuration prevention coating ・Anti-corrosion coating of metal parts with transparent thin film ・Oil barrier for miniature motors and HDD fluid bearings ・Prevents sealing resin from creeping up in capacitors, etc. ・Preventing oil migration to optical lenses
