Dandries is a setup jig created for high-precision processing of a wide variety of one-piece products. Preparation can now be done with external setup like a pare chain, reducing loss while waiting for manned machining and external setup, improving machine utilization rate and increasing productivity by more than 15%.
In addition, by designing with SKD11 to provide rigidity, the machine installation thickness is 45 mm, which is one of the thinnest in the industry, and limits the Z stroke to the minimum. In addition, the Z parallel adjustment function makes it easy to align Z and achieves high accuracy.

A wide variety of machining setups such as vises, clamps, jig plate setups, and tombstones can be easily replaced by making them into jigs with Dundlease, making it easy to achieve the best setup conditions for the processed product.
Due to the jacking effect of the clamp claw, the Z parallelism can be adjusted by about 0.03. As a result, the time for Z parallelization can be reduced to about 5-10 minutes.
