About This Product

Two-component silicone rubber is mixed and dispensed in a fixed amount. Ideal for roll forming, coating, and filler material forming.

■Features・Specially designed plunger type injection device allows for small to large volumes.
・A static mixer is used to mix the two liquids.
・For roll molding, upward injection can also be selected to reduce air entrainment.
・Equipped with a shut-off nozzle as standard, perfect for preventing resin leakage.
・Material supply is in pail cans as standard, and drum cans/cartridges can be selected as an option.
・Can support multiple nozzles and discharge devices, integration into existing equipment, variable mixing ratio, continuous discharge, etc.
