About This Product

This is a hybrid transfer molding machine developed for motor parts.

■Features・Control with emphasis on low speed and low pressure as much as possible to prevent damage to insert work and deterioration of product performance due to resin
・Lower slide table system compatible with insert workpieces of various shapes and with automation in mind.
・An inverter pump with excellent energy-saving performance is used for mold clamping control, and electric control using a servo motor is used for TF control, achieving stable independent control and energy savings.
・Since the molding material is injected with the mold closed, molding with superior dimensional accuracy is possible compared to compression molding. Also, the burr is thin, making it easy to finish.
