"Nagai Twisted Yarn is a pioneer of in-bond yarn" MBT is an epoch-making in-bond sewing thread developed by Nagai Tsuiri through many years of research and development. This is a next-generation thread that is easier to sew, has a better dyed finish, and is more environmentally friendly than conventional Outbond. Nagai Twisted Yarn's MBT can be produced not only in polyester, which is said to be the most difficult to process, but also in-bond with 66 nylon. Please try MBT, which is a highly perfect in-bond yarn.

■Features

- A thread that maintains the appearance and texture of regular polyester filament and sews beautifully. ・There is no problem of clogging of the sewing machine due to peeling of the coating agent. In addition, there is no need to clean up peeling residue, increasing work efficiency. - Due to its excellent adhesion, the thread is less likely to break even when the needle becomes hot during twin needle or multi-directional sewing, so there are fewer problems than with conventional resin-coated types. ・Since the movement of twists is suppressed, there is no accumulation of twists, the loop shape is good, and problems such as skipped stitches do not occur. ・As the fibers do not open when the thread is cut, it is easy to thread the thread into the needle hole. ・We have started handling 30 new colors.
