■Wait function

・We will send a ``wait message'' to calls that cannot be answered right away to keep you waiting until we can answer your call. ・While the customer is waiting, music or other music on hold will be played to the customer, and the priority order of the line to be answered will be shown on the screen to the receptionist. You can choose from three types of music on hold: original/fixed/external sound source. - If the customer is kept waiting for longer than the preset time, a separate message will be played to the customer such as ``Please wait a little longer,'' and the receptionist will be notified by an alarm buzzer over the speaker to respond quickly. ・You can set the ringing method of the incoming bell to notify the recipient of the waiting operation by selecting "All lines" or "Only the oldest incoming call" during the waiting operation.

■Call screening function

The incoming bell will not ring until the first message ends. You can respond only after you have informed them of the message. *If connected to a number display line, number display information will not be displayed on the phone.

■Selective call function

Depending on the settings, incoming calls from customers can be automatically answered with a selective call message, and the extension telephone can be called by the customer's selection signal* (1-digit push signal). *There is only one type of selection signal. Therefore, you cannot select the destination.

■Rusuban (response only) function

If you receive a call after business hours or on holidays, you can receive guidance using a "response-only message." *Up to 9 types of response messages can be switched with one-touch operation.

■Number display

Depending on the display, the number of "total calls received", "keep waiting (answered)", "direct response (immediate)", and "abandoned (caller hangs up while being kept on hold)" during the keep-waiting operation is shown. You can see. *When in response-only mode, the total number of incoming calls is displayed.
