About This Product

A variety of functions are condensed into one device, such as "answering/transferring", "waiting", "call recording", and "restricting incoming/outgoing calls" for incoming calls. Compatible with NTT Hikari Denwa, IVR-24VoIPII can accommodate up to 24ch and IVR-100VoIPII can accommodate up to 100ch.

■Voice response function

Restrictions on incoming calls/outgoing calls - It is possible to reject calls from phone numbers registered in the call restriction list. *The recipient's number must be notified. ・When a call request is made to a phone number registered in the call restriction list, the call restriction guidance will be played and the call will be disconnected. ・Up to 300,000 phone numbers can be registered for both incoming call restriction and outgoing call restriction. * Call restriction is supported by "Call Restriction License (sold separately)"
