About This Product

A variety of functions are condensed into one device, such as "answering/transferring", "waiting", "call recording", and "restricting incoming/outgoing calls" for incoming calls. Compatible with NTT Hikari Denwa, IVR-24VoIPII can accommodate up to 24ch and IVR-100VoIPII can accommodate up to 100ch.

■Voice response function

Message recording ・You can automatically respond and record customer inquiries outside of business hours or when the person in charge is not available. It is possible to record each incoming group. call recording ・Up to approximately 1,200 hours of phone calls can be recorded on the main unit. You can set whether to record or not for each phone number. ・An announcement such as ``This call will be recorded to improve our service'' can be sent before the operator receives the call. *Supported with channel license that includes call recording. Restrictions on incoming calls/outgoing calls - It is possible to reject calls from phone numbers registered in the call restriction list. *The recipient's number must be notified. ・When a call request is made to a phone number registered in the call restriction list, the call restriction guidance will be played and the call will be disconnected. ・Up to 300,000 phone numbers can be registered for both incoming call restriction and outgoing call restriction. * Call restriction is supported by "Call Restriction License (sold separately)"

■Speech synthesis function

- Equipped with a high-quality voice synthesis function as standard, messages can be created using a computer, reducing the burden of message creation tasks such as arranging announcers.

■Timer switching

- You can specify the date, time, etc. on any calendar and automatically switch between each operation mode.

■Incoming call group

- By registering incoming call groups for incoming phone numbers, you can set the behavior and timer operation for each group when receiving calls.

■Restriction on the number of incoming channels

- By registering incoming call groups for incoming phone numbers, you can set the behavior and timer operation for incoming calls for each group.

■Call history

・You can understand call arrival time, IVR response time, and even abandoned calls. ・You can download and delete the call history list in CSV format from the web screen.
