About This Product

A device that connects between an analog general line and a PBX, or an analog extension line of a PBX, and answers and transfers incoming calls. Initially installed with 6 lines, it can accommodate up to 24 lines.

■Response/Transfer (IVR function)

Selective transfer mode - Transfer to the desired department by dialing the selected number (push signal) once. If the called party is busy or does not answer the phone, you can call the second or third forwarding number. (Chase transfer) Tree transfer mode ・Transfer in up to 3 stages. Customers need to dial a selection number (push signal) two or three times, but can specify the destination in detail. If the called party is busy or does not answer the phone, you can call the second or third forwarding number. (Chase transfer) Direct transfer mode ・You can transfer a call by directly dialing (touch signal) the extension number of the person you want to transfer. Unconditional transfer mode ・You can transfer using NTT Voice Warp's unconditional transfer service.

■Thank you for waiting

Waiting mode ・For calls that cannot be answered immediately, the first message will be ``The phone line is very busy at the moment, so please wait for a while...'', allowing you to ``keep you waiting'' until you can answer the phone. ・You can have the customer listen to a hold tone while waiting, and if the wait time is long, you can also receive a second message to apologize for the wait. Wait transfer mode ・If the person taking the call is not available and you have to wait for a long time, you can call a second or third transfer destination such as a call center. (Chase transfer)

■Response only

- You can automatically answer incoming calls after business hours or on holidays with a response-only guidance message. ・With the annual timer function, you can switch to a "end/holiday information message" during non-business hours, change the forwarding number, or control the suspension.

■Timer switching

・Automatic response with pre-created guidance messages, message registration/switching and timer registration possible using a computer.

■Aggregation function

-Response result data such as number of calls received and number of customer abandonments can be collected in Excel format that is easy to develop into graphs. - Through a LAN connection, data from up to 100 devices can be automatically aggregated using any of the following time settings: ``Hourly'', ``Daily Hours and Minutes'', or ``Weekly Days, Hours and Minutes''.

■Monitor function

-You can check the current number of incoming calls, number of answered calls, number of customer abandonments, etc. on the administrator's computer in real time. (When connected to LAN) - By setting a standard value for each item, if the standard value is exceeded, you can be notified with a flashing background (red) and make recommendations for early improvements in telephone response.

■Speech synthesis function

- Equipped with high-quality voice synthesis function. Messages can be created on a computer, making it easy to create and edit response messages. ・Since there is no need to arrange for an announcer or record by a person in charge, the burden and cost of message creation can be reduced.
