About This Product

Automates phone response outside business hours, and network support allows settings to be changed from a remote location. It can also be used as hold music for business phones and PBXs.

■Cue playback of messages on up to 4 lines

・Even if you receive a call on 4 lines at the same time, you can send the message from the beginning. -Reply messages are recorded on the SD card. You can create it by recording with the built-in microphone or by synthesizing voice on your computer. Even if you remove the SD card from the unit or there is a power outage, the recorded content will not be erased.

■Change settings via network

・You can remotely control ``audio editing'', ``schedule editing'', ``various settings'' and monitor line status (standby/receiving/answering) from a computer via network (LAN).

■ Remote control operation by phone from outside

・You can operate the remote control such as "setting/cancelling responses," "switching messages," and "recording/playing messages" from anywhere. *The remote control signal will not work unless the phone is capable of sending push signals.

■Eliminate forgetting to set and release with yearly timer

・Operations such as "response set/cancellation" and "message switching" can be automatically controlled throughout the year. - Timer schedules can be easily created and registered on a computer using dedicated data entry software.

■Check and tally the number of incoming calls from your computer

-You can check the number of incoming calls counted by this device from your computer via the network (LAN). You can also aggregate the incoming call response data and save it as a CSV file.

■Create a response message using a computer

-Equipped with a "speech synthesis function" that allows you to easily create response messages using a computer. You can reduce the burden of message creation work such as arranging announcers.

■Improve your image with original hold music

・You can play one type of original music while your business phone or private branch exchange (PBX)* call is on hold. *Depending on telephone equipment, it may not be possible to use this service. - The hold music function can be used in conjunction with the answer function.

■Accurate response set/cancel with time adjustment support

- It is possible to adjust the time using the NTP server or to match the time of the control computer. Response set/cancellation operations can be performed at accurate times.

■Network simultaneous distribution system

・A network distribution system can be constructed using the AT-4000N data distribution software "AT-4000N DHS (sold separately)". - You can divide your bases into groups and send different messages and schedules to them all at once. ・When changes to business hours, etc. are scheduled, you can schedule messages and schedule changes in advance and have them delivered at any time. - In the event of an emergency, such as when you are suddenly unable to come to work due to an earthquake, typhoon, heavy snow, etc., you can specify groups and devices and remotely set/cancel responses and change messages all at once.
