This application is installed on a computer and performs real-time voice recognition and recording for phones, headsets, speakerphones, etc. connected to the included call recording adapter.

■Real-time voice recognition and recording at low cost per seat

・It is provided as a one-time PC application package, with a perpetual license and no running costs. No cloud connection required, no pay-as-you-go charges, and no usage time limits. - You can improve the recognition rate by registering words such as "company name," "product name," and "industry terminology" as additional dictionaries.

■Visualize conversations in real time and support response management operations

・The operator can check the text of the conversation in real time while looking at the screen. In addition, after the conversation is over, you can easily check the latest recorded information in text and voice using the "After Call Work" function. ・The "Text Copy" function allows you to use text easily and improve the efficiency of creating response history. ・Administrator can monitor the text and audio of the conversation during a call in real time from the web browser (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge) on the computer, and can check back to the beginning of the recording.

■Easily check conversation content with various search and playback functions

- Conversation audio and text data are stored for a long time on the computer where the app is installed. ・You can narrow down the desired conversations by specifying things such as ``date and time specification,'' ``text information such as NG words,'' and ``information added during recording.'' -You can check the saved text and audio. ``NG words'' are highlighted on the screen, making it easy to understand.
