About This Product

■Summary

This is a 4-axis integrated 5-phase stepping driver that allows you to connect a commercially available 5-phase stepping motor to the RealTime Express® servo network.

■Features

- Can be controlled using the same Realtime Express controller as MINAS series and IO boards. ・Supports microstep drive with up to 250 divisions. - Up to 8 units and 32 axes can be connected to the same network (depending on motor controller specifications). ・Excitation timing signal can be used.

■System configuration example: Profile position control mode (PP control)

Using the MINAS function "Profile position position control", it is possible to control motors up to 32 axes.

■Compatible motors

・Can control up to 4 motors at a time from 0.35A to 1.4A. - Compatible motors are those with 5 lead wires or 10 lead wires.

■Accessories

・VHR-3N (JST power supply connector) ・VHR-5N (JST motor connector) ・SVH-21T-P1.1 (power/motor contact) ・PADP-16V-1-S (JST control input/output connector) ・SPH-002T-P0.5L (JST control input/output contact)
