About This Product

■SummaryCSRC-32CN-RP is an RTEX-compatible multifunctional motion control unit equipped with pulse generation software "PGS", which is Cosmotex's core technology. Since it is a USB control type, it can be controlled with a notebook PC, making it possible to achieve multi-function and high precision even in small devices.

■Features・Can control RTEX32 axes. Also compatible with MINASA6N and 24V type MINASM series.
- Servo amplifier torque control, position control mode switching, and various parameters can be set from the controller side.
- We specialize in special interpolation control such as straight lines, arcs, ellipses, 3D interpolation, and cam movements.
・Since it has the same functions as PXRP-3216CN, it can be applied to small devices with a large number of axes or units where accuracy needs to be increased.
・It is possible to share software with PXRP-3216CN, except for some functional differences due to hardware.

■Enhanced motion functions and software processing speed using PGSConventional motor controllers rely on the PC CPU and OS (application) to issue control starts and changes and I/O signal processing, which requires a certain amount of waiting time when performing complex control. It was. The CSRC-32CN-RP is equipped with a motion engine and performs arithmetic processing on the board, making it possible to achieve high-speed and multifunctional motor control without relying on a PC or OS.

■Application development assistance tool “SampleGUI”As an auxiliary tool for device application development, we provide sample sources with operational UI. This SampleGUI can be used directly in programs to help reduce software development man-hours. It also functions as operation check software when compiled into an executable program. In addition to this, it also supports creation of functions that are not available in SampleGUI.
