■Summary

PXRP-3216CN is a multifunctional motion control board compatible with Realtime Express and equipped with pulse generation software "PGS", which is Cosmotex's core technology.

■Features

・A total of 36 axes can be controlled including 32 RTEX axes + 4 pulse train control axes. - Devices that cannot be connected to a network, such as stepping motors and hollow motors, can be controlled using pulse trains and I/O. - The input signal of the I/O connector can be used with either sink type or source type equipment. - Servo amplifier torque control, position control mode switching, and various parameters can be set from the controller side. - Various interpolation controls including linear and circular interpolation are possible.

■Enhanced motion functions and software processing speed using PGS

Conventional motor controllers rely on the PC CPU and OS (application) to issue control starts and changes and I/O signal processing, which requires a certain amount of waiting time when performing complex control. It was. The PXRP-3216CN is equipped with PGS and performs arithmetic processing on the board, making it possible to achieve high-speed and multifunctional motor control without relying on a PC or OS.

■Application development assistance tool “SampleGUI”

As an auxiliary tool for device application development, we provide sample sources with operational UI. This SampleGUI can be used directly in programs to help reduce software development man-hours. It also functions as operation check software when compiled into an executable program. In addition to this, it also supports creation of functions that are not available in SampleGUI.
