About This Product

■Summary

USPG-48HR is a high-performance motor controller equipped with the motor control LSI "PMC842SR". Enables up to 4-axis control, from standard axis control to interpolation control. USB2.0 is used for external communication, and it can be operated on a desk or notebook PC. Additionally, the USPG-48HR is a successor product to the USPG-48H (F) and can be replaced, although there are some limitations.

■Features

・A motor controller whose basic functions are linear/S-curve acceleration/deceleration and interpolation control. ・By applying interpolation control, complex mechanical mechanisms such as gantry control and light landing functions can be controlled. - Equipped with an API mode that consolidates control functions as a new function, which contributes to reducing development man-hours more than the conventional control mode. ・You can use the source collection "SampleGUI" that can be used in actual operation for device applications. ・The USPG-R series can operate 3 models in the series with the same software. - We have prepared a compatibility mode (software) as a successor product to USPG-48H (F). (When operating in compatibility mode, there may be specification changes in the software.)

■Equipped with new function “API mode”

1.Light landing function This function uses 2-axis interpolation control, making it possible to change the speed just before stopping to minimize impact on the workpiece. This can be achieved with a relatively simple configuration of about 2 steps (provided by SampleGUI). 2. Timing output function This is a timing output function using an interpolation table. General-purpose output can be managed according to location information, so it can be used as a trigger for camera shooting or other operations. 3. Arch motion We have prepared a sample source (SampleGUI) for arch motion instead of continuous interpolation. It can be applied to coating control, vertical movement, etc. 4. Gantry function Gantry control using interpolation control. Since it has been converted into a sample function (SampleGUI) in advance, it is an environment that can be used with only operation parameters.
