About This Product

■XGR-DDWhile sharing the shaft configuration with the TGR series, a different layout has been adopted to pursue compactness. It boasts outstanding processing stability among the Utsunomiya Seisakusho machines.

■Features・Direct drive motors are used for the rotation axes (A-axis and C-axis)
・The linear axis is equipped with a scale as standard.
・Can process target tool diameters from φ1
・Can use common machining programs with the TGR series

■High precision creates quality, and operability accelerates work.With the XGR-DD, outstanding balance is maintained by placing the spindle in the center. Direct drive motors are installed on the pivot and rotation axes, which are the "essential" parts of a tool grinder. Contributes to improved accuracy. In addition, the main spindle motor is equipped with a 15 horsepower built-in motor. Achieves high machinability with high output specifications.

Additionally, a spindle cooling device is included as standard equipment to minimize spindle elongation. A large arc-shaped door is used at the front to improve workability and maintainability.

Although the shape of the machine is different from the TGR series, the same axis configuration is used, so machining programs can be used in common.
