About This Product

■Summary

The oil flow monitor is a type of flowmeter that allows you to visually check the scale. A flowmeter that does not require electrical wiring. Since liquid does not flow into the scale, it is easy to read the scale, and it can be mounted in any vertical or horizontal direction. High pressure (41MPa) and high temperature (204℃) types are also available.

・Free mounting position ・Robust design ・Oil calibration (40-50mm^2/s, specific gravity: 0.873) ・Water calibration (1mPa･s, 21℃, specific gravity: 1.0) ・For phosphoric acid ester, the scale is corrected to specific gravity: 1.145. ・Material selection possible

■Connection diameter

・Size 3: 1/4", 3･8", 1/2" ・Size 4:3/4,1" ・Size 5: 1･1/4", 1･1/2", 2"

■Compatible with forward and reverse flow (optional)

-BI (optional) Forward and reverse bidirectional. *BI specifications do not support all sizes and measurement ranges.

■Flow alarm specifications

SPDT, dry contact, AC125V10A, AC250V2.5A, DC125V5A, DC250V2.5A

■Flow transmitter specifications (optional)

・Power supply: 12~35VDC ・Output: 4~20mADC, 0~5VDC, 1~5VDC *Cannot be installed on high temperature specifications.

■Simple structure

The number of internal parts is small and disassembly/assembly is easy.

■Connection standards

Pipe thread, NPT female thread, BSPP (G female thread), SAE *Other product numbers are available.
