About This Product

■Product overview

The NPB series of CNC pipe bending machines was born from a new concept that completely changes the common sense of conventional pipe benders. Unlike conventional pressure bending, the material is bent by passing it through a sliding die, so even if the bending radius changes, there is no need for a mold to match the bending radius.

■Bending radius can be set freely

Since no rolls or bending dies are used, any R can be specified. Both radius and angle can be set freely. It is possible to bend more than 180 degrees, create large bend radii, and create spiral shapes that are impossible with conventional pipe benders.

■Suitable for continuous bending radius changes

It is also possible to process shapes in which the bending radius changes continuously. Since it is computer controlled by CNC, it is possible to freely change the size of R and the bending direction of the X and Y axes to easily create 3D free shapes.

■Beautiful finish with little cross-sectional deformation

Because the pipe is passed through a die, there are fewer steps at the bending part, resulting in a smooth finish with less wall thickness. Extremely high cross-sectional roundness can be obtained. The motor drive makes the machine extremely quiet and enables high-speed machining of 10 m/min.
