About This Product

Introducing light-load braking/holding brakes. Can also be used as overload protection (slip mechanism). Features

■Compact brake with clutch size

Instead of a friction brake using a friction plate, we use our unique wrapped spring brake system.

■Quiet design (when idling)

The internal clutch mechanism eliminates the sliding noise that occurs with friction plate types when idling.

■Custom settings of 0.05 to 0.2N・m are possible.

Brake torque (0.05 to 0.2N・m) can be custom-set, making it compatible with a wide range of applications.

■Improvement of work efficiency through easy installation

Can be easily installed using only screws. No gap adjustment required by disassembling parts during installation.

■For irregular overloads

The slip mechanism allows it to be used as a protection device for the drive side mechanism. This mechanism also enables forced operation during power outages. *Depends on usage.

■Applications

・Brake for braking and holding (normal use) ・Position maintenance and overload protection device for robot arms, etc. ・Automatic opening/closing of curtains and blinds to maintain their stop positions, and forced opening/closing during power outages *Shape, specifications, etc. are subject to change without notice.
