About This Product

■Outstanding accuracy

A groundbreaking quantitative supply device that is unaffected by conditions such as temperature and viscosity has been created. This is a device that reliably applies or supplies a fixed amount of lubricant, and there are two series, ACV and CVM, depending on the type of metering valve used. You can also choose the type that is suitable for the fluid used and the purpose. The metering valve uses a plunger (volume metering) method, so it is possible to precisely adjust the discharge amount down to minute amounts without being affected by the viscosity of the material used. Operation is ensured by air pressure. It also has a suction back function, so you don't have to worry about anyone leaving the fluid behind.

■Summary

All metering valves operate using air pressure. There is no need to supply the fluid used under high pressure. For low viscosity fluids, a feed pump is not required. However, for highly viscous fluids, use a supply pump (ACG-020orACG-011FK) or pressure tank. This metering valve can also be used in a manifold type. By using a block plate, you can easily increase or decrease the number of discharge ports.
