A specially designed motor and cleaning pump ensure reliable cleaning, and a double rinse system significantly reduces the amount of finishing water. A rack conveyor type dishwasher that combines powerful cleaning power and high economic efficiency.

■Special specification motor and cleaning pump

A motor and cleaning pump designed and manufactured for KWR-20. The electric capacity motor, which is economically designed with no waste, is a 4-pole type that allows for a large amount of water flow and is extremely quiet. The impeller is made of stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to detergent corrosion and rust. The cast iron casing and stainless steel impeller provide outstanding durability and ensure reliable cleaning.

■Two-ply/embossed curtains

The two-layered curtains set on the loading and unloading sides are thick and embossed. Not only does it prevent water from splashing, but it also eliminates the sticking of curtains to each other, keeping them hygienic at all times.

■Sturdy and rust-resistant body

The main body of the washing machine is made of SUS-304, which prevents rust. The washing machine itself can be used hygienically for many years to come.

■Realizes significant running cost reduction

The "double rinse system" of pre-rinsing and final rinsing achieves top-class low running costs. The use of a one-and-a-half tank pre-rinse tank makes it possible to reuse the final rinse water before it flows into the washing tank containing detergent.

■Contributes to energy savings with rinse saver

A rinse saver that operates only while the washing rack is passing through the rinsing section. Designed to automatically turn on and off, contributing to energy savings.

■People-friendly operation panel

You can operate it while standing without bending your back, reducing the strain on your body. Additionally, a push-button switch is used that is easy to see and operate.

■Removable inspection door

Doors that are convenient for cleaning and inspection directly lead to improved serviceability. This is also an important point in cost reduction. Comes with an intermediate stopper that is convenient for checking hot water supply to the cleaning tank.
