■Let's create a new atmosphere

The GP series is a water-lubricated oil-free screw compressor that uses water instead of lubricating oil. Considering the future of the global environment, we developed this next-generation ecological air based on water. By replacing ``lubricating oil'' with ``water,'' we reduce the environmental impact of use while saving energy and maintenance. The GP series is a twin screw type compressor that compresses air between two rotors and a casing. High compression efficiency is achieved by lubricating, sealing, and cooling the space between the two rotors and the casing with water. And since it does not use lubricating oil, it is an environmentally friendly compressor.

■Features of oil-free screw compressor GP series

The GP series uses highly reliable parts that have been designed to be compatible with water, and has achieved the highest efficiency in its class despite its simple single-stage compression structure. In addition, the use of a unique atmospheric moisture utilization system minimizes the effort involved in water-related maintenance and management. This is an oil-free screw compressor that thoroughly pursues customer benefits such as energy saving, maintenance saving, and ecology.

■Atmospheric moisture utilization system

The GP series achieves various benefits by effectively utilizing moisture (drainage) in the atmosphere. Drain is moisture in the air condensed through compression and cooling, and has properties similar to pure water. The GP series returns the condensate collected during dryer dehumidification to the inside of the compressor for effective use. As a result, the circulating water of the GP series gradually approaches pure water during operation. Since there is no risk of reduced compression efficiency or damage to machinery due to scale and slime adhesion, water equivalent to tap water can be used for circulating water, and water management devices such as water purifiers and water softeners can be used. In principle, it is not necessary. In addition, the supply and drainage of circulating water can be automatically managed. This mechanism not only minimizes the customer's maintenance and management effort, but also has excellent running costs. *Other product numbers are available.
