About This Product

Light weight has been achieved by using foamed polyethylene resin (black) for the core material and minimizing the thickness of the aluminum surface material. It has excellent workability and can be easily cut and drilled. This is a flame-retardant material certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for handrail blind panels for public housing complexes and mid- and low-rise condominiums.

■Features

・Lightweight: Made of aluminum resin composite board, it is lightweight and has excellent rigidity. ・Excellent workability: Various types of processing such as cutting and drilling are possible, and on-site cutting is also possible. ・Safety: Made of aluminum resin composite board, so it will not break even if subjected to impact.

■Notes

・The thickness, size, weight, etc. listed may differ slightly depending on the manufacturing lot. ・Since the color stack surface material is aluminum, it will corrode like aluminum veneer. ・Please avoid direct contact with acidic or alkaline substances. - When directly attaching with screws or bolts, please take into consideration the thermal expansion of the screw or bolt hole and use a loose hole that is 2mm to 4mm larger than the nominal shaft diameter of the screw or bolt. - When attaching to a sash or frame, carefully consider the amount of displacement due to load and deflection, as well as thermal expansion, and determine the depth of the sash to prevent it from falling off. ・Please remove the protective film immediately after installation. If left for a long time, it may not come off. ・Specifications may change without notice.
