About This Product

ACT-0 is a paste composition with BAg8 composition and good printability, and is suitable for copper-copper bonding. ACT-5 and ACT-5N are silver-based pastes for bonding materials between metals (copper, Kovar, etc.) and ceramics.

■Features

We have grades that meet various conditions, from low-temperature processing of 150℃ to high-temperature firing. It combines good conductivity with high reliability in coating film strength and bonding strength.
