About This Product

High-pressure gas is sprayed onto molten metal at high temperatures, causing it to scatter and cool and solidify as it falls. At this point, it has already been powdered, but the particle size has been further adjusted by sieving.

■Features

By melting them together in the melting process, it is possible to produce powders with various alloy compositions. In addition, because the cooling rate is slow, surface tension acts as the material solidifies, resulting in a spherical powder. Furthermore, by changing the mesh size in the sieving process, a variety of particle sizes are available. Because of its spherical shape, it can be highly filled and is widely used as a sliding material for sliding bearings.
