About This Product

Gold powder that has been surface-treated to give it heat resistance and corrosion resistance. ・Color 5 (pale gold)...90% copper, 10% zinc ・Color 6 (tone between color 5 and color 7) ・Color No. 7 (rich gold): 75% copper, 25% zinc Gold powder is produced by spreading and crushing it with the impact of a falling crushing rod. The powder that has been ground into flakes is classified according to particle size and polished in the glazing process to become a product. Features

■Corrosion-resistant gold powder (R type)

It has the same heat resistance as ordinary gold powder, but it is slightly more corrosion resistant than ordinary gold powder. It has the effect of preventing discoloration after printing or painting and preventing vehicle gelation, and is used for fusuma paper, wallpaper, textile printing, etc.

■Heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant gold powder (HRS type)

This gold powder has better corrosion resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance than ordinary gold powder. Because it has excellent color fastness, it is used for synthetic resin coloring, wallpaper, wall materials, textile printing, leather cloth, baking paint, etc.
