About This Product

Taking advantage of copper's excellent heat dissipation properties, we can cover up to 140 μm in electrolytic foil and 300 μm in rolled foil as thick copper foil for heat dissipation boards. The surface treatment applied using electroplating technology achieves high board reliability, making it ideal for various heat dissipation and high current board applications. Both roll and sheet forms are available. Features of our metal foils/plates for heat dissipation boards

■High accuracy

Using electroplating technology, we achieve precise and delicate surface treatment with high precision. Additionally, regardless of thickness, we can deliver either sheets or rolls.

■Improved reliability

Due to the effect of surface treatment, our surface-treated metal foils and plates exhibit adhesion strength that cannot be obtained with untreated solid wood, and are also effective in improving reliability.

■A wide variety of material options

We propose the most suitable base material depending on the characteristics and cost: electrolytic copper foil, which is good at thin to medium thickness, rolled copper foil, which is good at thick thickness, and aluminum plate, which can handle even thicker sheets.

■A wide variety of thickness variations

You can choose the most suitable material and thickness according to your required characteristics.

■Example of varieties

・Electrolytic copper foil: CF-T8G-140μm, mass thickness 1,190 g/㎡, surface roughness 17.0 μm ・Rolled copper foil: RCF-T8G-300μm, mass thickness 2,700 g/㎡, surface roughness 3.2 μm ・Aluminum plate: A type treatment, plate thickness 200 μm, surface roughness 1.9 μm ・Aluminum plate: B type treatment, plate thickness 1.0 mm, surface roughness 5.2 μm
