About This Product

The unique ultra-low roughness roughening treatment shape ensures effective adhesion strength without sacrificing transmission characteristics for film-based low dielectric materials where adhesion strength is difficult to obtain. In addition, the recrystallized base foil provides high flexibility, contributing to next-generation FPCs.

■Low transmission loss achieved with electrolytic foil

The newly developed roughening treatment for FLEQ-HQ optimizes the shape, size, and number of roughening particles, and combines the effects of ultra-low roughness raw foil with the highest-class loss reduction effect of electrolytic foil. We are proud of

■High adhesion strength

Despite the ultra-low roughness of RzJIS 1.0μm, the uniquely designed roughened shape achieves sufficient strength even with LCP base materials, which are difficult to obtain peel strength. This has a great effect on improving reliability.

■Excellent cost reduction effect

Although FLEQ-HQ has excellent transmission characteristics comparable to rolled copper foil, it is based on electrolytic copper foil, making it extremely effective in reducing costs. Furthermore, it is a recrystallized type that does not soften at room temperature, which is highly effective in improving productivity and workability for customers.
