About This Product

This electrolytic copper foil uses unique crystal control to enable recrystallization after heating. HD after recrystallization has the same flexibility as tough pitch copper.

■High flexibility equivalent to rolled copper foil

"HD" is a recrystallized copper foil whose crystal structure changes after heating, and it is an electrolytic copper foil that is ideal for FPCs and exhibits high flexibility comparable to rolled copper foil after heating.

■Low roughness surface that enables fine wiring

RzJIS2.5μm has been achieved through submicron ultra-fine roughening treatment that has little effect on roughness while ensuring a large adhesion area. It is possible to further reduce the roughness by roughening the glossy side of the raw foil.

■High heat resistance compatible with lead-free solder

The roughened surface has high heat resistance, and there are no problems such as CCL swelling during solder flow or solder reflow.

■Features

Achieves both high flexibility equivalent to tough pitch copper and ultra-low roughness. Electrolytic copper foil is an alternative to rolled copper foil.
