About This Product

This is an ultra-low roughness copper foil that boasts high adhesion strength to various base materials without increasing roughness by increasing the density of roughened particles compared to conventional products. It boasts high functionality not only in adhesion but also in various properties that are directly linked to the reliability of the board, such as long-term heat resistance and chemical resistance.

■Excellent adhesion strength

FLEQ-VR's greatest feature is its low roughness and high adhesion strength to all kinds of resins. It is also effective for fluorine-based resins that have poor adhesion strength, contributing to improved reliability.

■High long-term heat resistance

FLEQ-VR's unique roughening treatment and treatment structure have high long-term reliability with almost no heat resistance deterioration. This product is ideal for special applications that require high reliability in harsh environments.

■Variation

In addition to the standard type, FREQ-VR is available in multiple variations, such as ``lower roughness'' and ``higher adhesion strength,'' depending on the application and required characteristics.
