About This Product
The Eurus III W series is a new type of HVLS fan researched and developed by KALE using permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) technology. Since it does not use gears, it is maintenance-free and has a maximum diameter of 7.3m. It efficiently creates circulating airflow within the space, and one unit can cover a huge area of up to 1,800 square meters. This improves indoor temperature, lowers humidity, and improves indoor air quality.
■Function introduction
HVLS fans circulate air slowly at the optimal rotation speed, making it easier to spend the hot summer months comfortably and increasing productivity. In the cold winter, warm air near the ceiling can be circulated to make your stay more comfortable and warm.
■Decrease in perceived temperature of workers
The natural breeze generated by the HVLS fan blows on the human body, promoting sweat evaporation and lowering the human body temperature. As a result, the perceived temperature will drop by -5℃ to -8℃.
■Ventilation effect
It creates a circulating airflow within the space and stirs the air throughout the space. When combined with a roof fan, it has the effect of further improving air quality, creating a healthy, comfortable and safe working environment.
■Dehumidification effect
By stirring the air throughout the space, it efficiently disperses unpleasant odors such as smoke and moisture, improving indoor air quality and creating a healthy, comfortable, and safe working environment.
Features of W series
■PMSM motor (direct drive)
By adopting a PMSM motor, the maximum torque reaches 300N.m, and the maximum air volume has increased by more than 30% compared to a typical HVLS fan of the same standard. (Air volume: 888,000m2/h) Excellent cost performance, low torque ripple, and high efficiency. Furthermore, it has a long life without overheating.
■Completely maintenance free
Unlike products that use a reducer, there is no need to periodically replace the lubricating oil in the reducer. (No disassembly or maintenance work required)
■Very quiet driving noise
In general, HVLS fans that use conventional speed reducers have an average drive noise of more than 50 dB due to the noise from the motor and noise from the friction of the speed reducer gears, but the Eurus III series has a PSMS motor. By adopting this, we have reduced this drive sound to 38.7dB.
