About This Product

Compared to conventional atomization sprays, the mist droplets are up to 1/10 smaller, and a variable spray diffusion angle function has been added, increasing the degree of freedom in spray patterns. In addition, a model with drip prevention function is also available.

■Dripping prevention air atomization spray nozzleWhen spraying any type of liquid, the flow of the liquid after spraying can be a major problem. Unwanted droplets can ruin the finish of the product on painted or coated surfaces. Additionally, excessive liquid flow wastes valuable resources such as expensive coatings, chemicals, and water. Exair anti-drip spray nozzles are ideal for areas where dripping after spraying is not acceptable.

When the compressed air supply is cut off, the anti-drip nozzle reliably cuts off the flow of liquid and reliably prevents dripping. Can be used in any situation where standard spray nozzles can be used, including siphon-fed applications. There is no need to set up a separate airline to control the anti-drip mechanism used by other manufacturers. The same compressed air that is used to mix and atomize liquids in various patterns is used to open and close valves that allow liquids to flow.

Therefore, it is an optimal system when used together with EXAIR's EFC (flow control system). Exair's anti-drip air spray nozzle has the same flow rate as a standard air spray nozzle. It can achieve up to 180 cycles of operation per minute.
