About This Product

The air wiper forms a uniform 360° ring-shaped air in all directions. Ideal for drying, removing dust, cooling pipes, cables, steel bars, extruded products, hoses, etc. Additionally, the ring's split design allows for easy installation/removal in any position. There are two types of air wipers: super air wiper and standard air wiper.

Stainless steel wire braided hoses are available in sizes up to 4 inches inside diameter and are corrosion and heat resistant. Furthermore, the aluminum model can be used at ambient temperatures up to 204°C and the stainless steel model up to 427°C.

■Super air wiperEXAIR's Super Air Wiper is a powerful conical air blower. Wires, pipes, tubes, metal rods, etc. during manufacturing processes can be reliably dried, cooled, and dusted with even airflow. This is an eco-friendly product that applies the Coanda effect of fluid engineering to achieve uniform air flow, low air consumption (air amplification factor 25 times), lower operating costs, and low noise (75 dBA or less when supply pressure is 5.5 BAR).
