About This Product

■Anchor Tometarou construction method-A convenient installation aid for installing various anchor bolts such as fully threaded bolts and deformed reinforcing bars.
- Anyone can easily and accurately install and construct.
- Due to the stopper function, there is no need to temporarily tighten the anchor bolt even when the strength of the adhesive has not been developed.
- Anchor bolts will not fall out even when D51 (total length = 1m) is installed upwards.
・Anchor bolts will not shift even during construction under vibrations such as bridges in service.
・With the spacer function, the anchor bolt is automatically placed in the center of the hole regardless of the direction of construction, achieving high construction accuracy.
・Temporary fixing work can be performed at the same time as anchor bolt insertion, reducing labor and construction time.

■Anchor Tomutaro- Can be used for both deformed reinforcing bars and fully threaded bolts. It can be easily installed by pushing it in by hand.
・Material: SUS304-WPB

■Anchor Tomutaro mechanismBy attaching Anchor Tometaro to the anchor bolt, Anchor Tometaro performs the "spacer function" and "stopper function" and assists in the installation of the anchor bolt.

■Recommended number of installation pieces and armsAnchor Tometaro is basically installed with 2 or more pieces. Increase the number according to the diameter and length of the anchor bolt.

■Recommended drilling diameterThe recommended drilling diameter is the nominal diameter of the anchor bar + 4~15mm, and follow the specifications of the adhesive used. When using it for holes with a diameter of less than 4 mm or more than 15 mm, please check the workability before making a decision.

■About product lineup and packaging・Anchor Tometaro is available in sizes ranging from the small diameter size of C-10 (applicable to both D10 and M10) to the large diameter size of C-51 (D51).
・Anchor Tomotaro will be delivered in a special mount. The anchors can be attached and detached without getting tangled with each other, and it is easy to keep track of the quantity. You can also check the HP from the QR code posted on the special mount.
・The eco pack, which reduces costs by packaging, is compatible with D25 to D51. Quantity is in units of 100 pieces.
