About This Product
This is an XYZ axis stage for image inspection that can be used in combination with EasyInspector2/DeepSky. It can be used for detailed inspections of electronic parts and precision etching that are difficult to visually confirm. A large number of inspection points can be set efficiently, and autofocus is also supported.
■Suitable for the following tests
