About This Product
We design and manufacture ring gauges (JIS standard and non-JIS standard). We can handle special products, custom-made products, bespoke products, and one-off products. Basically, we manufacture ring gauges of SKS3, sub-zero treatment, and hardness of HRC58 or higher, but upon request, we can also manufacture ring gauges of SUJ2, SUS, and carbide.
The manufacturing ratio of SKS3 and other materials is about 9:1. There are overwhelmingly many requests for SKS3. In addition, we can manufacture ring gauges that do not meet JIS standards, such as ring gauges with tolerances in thickness (e.g. ±0.1, ±0.002, etc.), those with D-cuts on the outer diameter, and those with large chamfers. .
The inner diameter side can be manufactured according to the customer's specifications and usage conditions, such as those with a lapping finish (lapping finish) such as a surface roughness of Rz0.4, or those with a grinding finish such as Rz1.6. Please consider cost measures.
