■Product description

The FET probe is a probe that allows high impedance planning while the circuit is operating. A typical 10:1 voltage probe has an input capacitance of about a dozen PF, so if you try to directly observe a high-frequency signal with an oscilloscope, the impedance will drop and the circuit will be significantly disturbed. The FET probe has a small input capacitance of 1.9 pF, so it is especially effective for observing waveforms in the VHF and UHF bands. *The DC offset function is a function that virtually cancels out the DC component in signals where a DC voltage is superimposed on the AC component, making it easier to observe the AC component. If the signal to be observed does not contain a DC component, there is no need for a DC offset.
